A quick, essential service to refresh your engine oil and keep the engine protected between larger services.
Ideal if you cover higher mileage or want a check-in between full services.
A more comprehensive service, typically carried out once a year or at your manufacturer's interval.
Our most complete package, covering items that are usually due at longer service intervals.
Prices shown are labour-only starting prices. Engine oil, filters and other parts are charged separately, and we'll explain the expected total before we start. We use oils and parts that meet your manufacturer's specifications, and check which replacement items are appropriate for your vehicle.
Repair quotes are free and no-obligation. Every vehicle is different, so we quote individually: your quote depends on your vehicle, the parts needed, labour and, where relevant, diagnosis. We won't carry out additional chargeable work without your approval.
Servicing replaces the fluids and filters that wear out with use. Keeping on top of it helps your engine last, can help fuel efficiency and gives us a chance to spot developing issues early.
Not sure what's causing the problem? You don't need to be. Choose Servicing & Maintenance when you book, tell us what you've noticed, and we'll take it from there.
Every CARBE workshop service includes a complimentary 50-point health check. We look over your vehicle's key systems and give you a clear report, so you know what's in good shape and what may need attention.
Your report rates each area green (good), amber (may need attention soon) or red (needs attention), with our findings and recommended actions. Anything we couldn't check is clearly marked as not checked.
The health check is a general visual and functional assessment. It isn't an MOT, a full diagnosis or a guarantee of your vehicle's condition, and it doesn't include dismantling, diagnostic scans or specialist testing. Any work we recommend is only carried out with your approval.
We offer Oil & Filter, Interim, Full and Major servicing packages. Each covers a different level of routine maintenance, and every package includes our complimentary CARBE 50-Point Vehicle Health Check.
The main difference is the number of maintenance items included. Oil & Filter focuses on essential lubrication, Interim adds the air filter, Full adds the cabin filter, and Major adds applicable spark plugs and fuel filter replacement.
Our labour-only starting prices are £65 for Oil & Filter, £90 for Interim, £150 for Full and £220 for Major servicing. Oil and replacement parts are charged separately. Contact us for a quote specific to your vehicle.
Many vehicles need servicing approximately every 12 months or 10,000–12,000 miles, but the correct interval depends on the manufacturer's schedule, engine type and driving conditions. We can help you identify the appropriate interval.
An Oil & Filter Service typically takes around 30–60 minutes, an Interim Service 1–1.5 hours, a Full Service 1.5–2.5 hours and a Major Service 2–4 hours. These are estimates and depend on your vehicle and any additional findings.
Independent servicing does not automatically invalidate a manufacturer's warranty. However, the correct maintenance schedule, specifications, parts and documentation must be followed. Tell us if your vehicle is under warranty so we can discuss the requirements.
Missing a service can allow oil degradation, filter restrictions or wear-related issues to go unnoticed. One late service doesn't automatically mean damage has occurred, but arranging maintenance promptly is advisable.
Yes. Where supported by your vehicle, CARBE can reset the service reminder after the appropriate maintenance has been completed. A warning relating to an unresolved fault should not simply be cleared without investigation.
